The problem is that two Content-Disposition headers are sent (first "Content-Disposition: attachment; x=y", then later "Content-Disposition: filename=BestPracticeHandbook.txt"), which the browsers don't like. Until this is fixed, you can download it with another tool (such as curl or wget), or get the copy I put here: http://kundor.github.io/BestPracticeHandbook.txt Nick Matteo
