Which are "hand" edited as is deemed appropriate by any Boost developer. But really is only touched by the release team, moderators, and review manager. And the "Recent Announcements" is a direct reflection of the messages posted to the Boost announce list.
I see that the Recent Announcements heading links to the posts from boost-announce, but is the list of recent announcements below the heading supposed to be updated automatically, or does it have to be updated manually as well? MV
