Marshall, It might be good to start these statistics reports with a little preamble about what people should do with them. One obvious way to help is to triage unassigned bugs by assigning them to the right people. Another thing people can do is reassign bugs assigned to old sourceforge IDs to the corresponding new trac IDs if they've changed. I'm just thinking on my feet, here. My main concern is that a large pile of unassigned bugs means they probably won't be dealt with, and no actual developer will rise to the top of the "list of shame." Another thing: The "reporter" field is a SourceForge UserID. If you change "foo" to "foo@users.sf.net" in the reporter field, the person will actually get emails when you update the ticket. Too bad that wasn't part of the conversion, but what can you do? -- Dave Abrahams Boost Consulting http://www.boost-consulting.com The Astoria Seminar ==> http://www.astoriaseminar.com
