[boost] [trac] Add Boost.Process to Boost.Trac component list

Hi, I recently received a bug report for Boost.Process. Since it is not selectable in the component list the reporter selected "interprocess" which minimizes the error ;-) Could someone with permissions add "process" to the trac component list? Many thanks! Ion
