I honestly don't know. (I suspect the rejection of web links is a deliberate attempt to contain spam.) For quite a while I have been only observing Boost development, and its slow and seemingly never-ending attempts to migrate to other tools and processes. Personally I would be happy to entirely move to github for boost.python development, including issue tracking, wiki, and website, just for simplicity's sake.
