Filed as DevDiv#407841 "VC's preprocessor considered harmful, Round 2". Remember that I am a user of the compiler, like you (and the STL greatly stresses the compiler, although not as much as Boost). Compiler bugs affect me like anyone else - in fact, more than anyone else, except Boost. You do not need to convince me that they should be fixed. :-> STL
