[boost] Hooking up the exception lib for testing?

I've committed Boost Exception, complete with Jamfile under libs/exception/test. It seems that to activate the automatic testing I need to insert a line in status/Jamfile.v2, but I decided to ask before I modify it -- please someone make sure my Jamfile is correct (works for me locally.) (I have not yet committed the changes to throw_exception.hpp necessary to enable the cloning support for all exceptions emitted by Boost; before I do that I want to make sure the rest of the code works on all platforms.)
