[boost] #1013 and 1.34.1

Would it be possible to apply patch from http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1013 to 1.34.1? This issue has prevented a user from building Boost.Python, and the fix is as safe as possible -- it only changes signatures of two methods so that more than one include path can be passed. - Volodya
