[boost] Boost Formal Review Process

Hello, I would like to know the exact procedure I have to follow to request a formal review process of a proposal to update a boost library? The Boost Formal Review Process is documented in http://www.boost.org/more/formal_review_process.htm and suggest to send a mail on this list, if I understood correctly. What I did under the topic "Computing Random Points on Sphere" I would like to know who is the "review manager" in charge? I like the idea of sharing ideas on a public forum, but who decide? Basically, I would like to know if the proposed modifications would be welcome, If yes implement it, submit it and unsubscribe the list... Colas Schretter
