This is not a spam-ticket but an annoying spam-comment in a long closed ticket. How can we handle this? Can the user of this comment (Smithg358) be blocked?
Comment deleted. The user doesn't appear to exist in our system so I'm not sure what else I can do :-( Much harder to find spam-comments than new tickets too... John.
