[boost] [quickbook] incorrect image path for note, warning, etc

Hello all, When generating Quickbook docs on a single HTML page `bjam onehtml` the images for notes, warning, etc do not appear because they have the incorrect path: onehtml path (incorrect) images/note.png normal path (correct) ../../../../../doc/src/images/warning.png How do I fix this?
