I'm not sure that's right. Python users, at least, will sometimes need special information about configuration that would not be appropriate in the Getting Started guide. Also, they'll need special information about how to build Boost.Python-compatible extension modules using BBv2.
If you feel that Python library needs to add something, that's fine. I doubt that every single library is that special, though. - Volodya
