[boost] Half-Sync/Half-Async pattern in Boost

I was looking for library that would help me implement the Half-Sync/Half-Async pattern. I see that Boost has some of the pieces that I need but I do not a intra-process message queue. I did not see this in the Vault or the Sandbox, is this available? Thanks, Jon
