Having used quickbook, adding this support for quickbook would definitely be great! And we could have [conceptref ...] too.

Quickbook already has [conceptref ...], see the Quickbook reference: http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/release/doc/html/quickbook/ref.html Quickbook currently generates a subset of Boostbook, it has all the stuff to "link" or "reference" a function/class/macro/concept, but not the ability to define one.
