[boost] Trac and SVN integration....

I don't know if anyone's mentioned how cool the TRAC and SVN integration is. I just checked in a set of changes to pool.hpp, and in my checkin comment I put: "Bug fixes #284, #836, #991" And all those bugs were automatically marked as fixed.
