Yep, Python is installed in /opt/..., updating site-config.jam with using python helped to solve the issue.
The .tar.bz2 also bootstraps and builds on Vista with Cygwin + GCC 4.5.1 and the .zip bootstraps and builds with MSVC 9.0 on Vista, without problems.
Did you follow my suggestion? What are the results? The problem is that the #include path doesn't end up containing Python's include/ directory. -- Dave Abrahams BoostPro Computing http://www.boostpro.com
