This adds additional exception information to boost::thread_exception, boost::thread_resource_error, and boost::thread_interrupted that allows Passenger to dump a full backtrace all the way up its stack.
+1 I'll just add that if the error code and stack trace are implemented as boost::error_info stored in boost::exception, then they will appear automatically in the output of boost::diagnostic_information() together with the rest of the error_infos.
