[boost] [SoC] Cannot evaluate applications for Statechart viewer

Hi Jeff & other SoC moderators There is at least one application for the proposed Statechart Viewer utility. I guess we need to evaluate the application and make a recommendation to Google whether or not we'd like to see the project realized. My mentoring application (subscribed as ahd6974-spamgroupstrap <at> yahoo <dot> com) is still pending so I cannot have a look at the student applications. Could you (or any of the other moderators ) please accept my mentoring application?
