This typically happen when you have links in the post. Try to remove the http:// part of the link from the initial text. Of course I think it's the TRAC setup which is broken, but it's the quickest workaround I've found.

This situation still persists; whenever I would like to comment on something, I'm redirected to https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/captcha#trac-add-comment, saying Trac thinks your submission might be Spam.
