The MIME types problem has been fixed. I hope this also fixes the issues that we have been seeing with TortoiseSVN. Please report back whether it works or not.

I've retested all the files where TortoiseSVN diff had previously failed for me, and all are now working correctly. Thanks Doug! --Beman
