[serialization] priority_queue

You can overload for any container type even if it has not already been
done:

Hello, I notice in the revision history for boost::filesystem v1.35.0 that, "current_path() function added to set the current directory path." I find it hard to believe that there has been no way to set working directory before 1.35.0 (or rather am praying so as I'm using 1.34.1). How did you guys manage before?
