linking boost libraries to custom c and c++ runtime on windows

Hello, Is it possible to tell bjam (on windows) to compile boost libraries and link them to custom c\c++ runtime libraries instead of the ones provided bt Microsoft? Thanks! -- Adrian Gierakowski
