For DocBook, you can use the DocBook XSL stylesheets, available at: http://docbook.sourceforge.net/ For FO, you'll need some kind of FO translator. Apache FOP is one open-source solution, but we've typically had bad luck getting all of the Boost documentation to format properly with it. There are several commercial solutions for generating PDFs from FO files. Doug
