[1.40] Release of PDF docs for Boost-1.40 now available.

For those who prefer printable docs, PDF builds of the docs from Boost-1.40 are now available from the usual sourceforge download site: https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/ (look under the boost-docs subtree). Oh, so you want to be able to actually read them ? :-) I've updated the tar.gz file with - I hope - the correct permissions this time. Also added a tar.bz2 version. John.
