Yep, in fact I was looking for someone that has time to look at this carefully to do this update and send me a patch -- someone about a month ago said they would do this, but haven't seen anything yet.

You certainly need to change 1;0;4 to 2;0;3 and -1;0;10 to 1;0;11 for all U.S. and Canadian locations. (At least, all locations that observe DST).
