I am trying to introduce boost to my current company. I was wandering whether using boost requires linking against any libraries or is it all used like the STL simply by including header files. I've used some parts of boost before, which didn't require to link against anything but I want to make sure so I can package it up properly for other ppl to use. Cheers, Ned

Depends on which functionality/libraries you use. The getting started docs show a table, within the context of autolinking, with the libraries that require a built library: http://www.boost.org/more/getting_started.html#auto-link -- -- Grafik - Don't Assume Anything -- Redshift Software, Inc. - http://redshift-software.com -- rrivera/acm.org - grafik/redshift-software.com -- 102708583/icq - grafikrobot/aim - Grafik/jabber.org
