1.35.0 - what is the correct tag in SVN?

Hello! I am wondering by what tag or branch (besides "release") (or just version) I can retrieve exatly same snapshot that was used for 1.35.0 from Subversion? Previous releases are available by RC_* tags, so I am wondering which one is used for 1.35? As general comment - may be is a good idea to have top "branch" called "releases" and then all packaged releases under it, so it is easier to find them in one place instead of going trhough all new and old working folders under branches subtree? Thank you very much, Andrey

tags/Version_1_35_0. That's been the format of the final release tag for years.

Yes, that would probably be a bit easier. But I'm reluctant to reorganize the repository. Too many other higher priority projects. Thanks, --Beman

D'oh... silly me. I was looking under "branches" so ofter that completely
forgot about "tags" subtree! Thank you very much for the answer and my
apologies for the noise.

Some time ago I did some partial restructuring of the SVN tags and branches. It would be easy to do some more for the release tags. IN particular I did the tools tags http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/browser/tags/tools. I could certainly move the release to a "tags/release/1_XX_Y" structure. -- -- Grafik - Don't Assume Anything -- Redshift Software, Inc. - http://redshift-software.com -- rrivera/acm.org (msn) - grafik/redshift-software.com -- 102708583/icq - grafikrobot/aim,yahoo,skype,efnet,gmail

That would be a small, but nice, improvement. What do others think? --Beman

I was more thinking of top level "release" (or releases) branch, kind of
parallel to "trunk" and "branches" ones.
But having them in one place even if it is under tag/releases is still
nice improvement imho.
thanks,
Andrey
