[Serialization] Prevent member serialization in a non intrusive situation

Hi: I am using boost.serialization, and need to prevent members (boost.thread, and Booleans) being serialized. Given that I am using non-intrusive serializing code, what is the best way of doing this. Any help appreciated. Cheers Sean.
