Boost on MS Win 7 Mobile

Dear all, Is there any benchmarking regarding Boost material's performance on Win 7 Mobile? Which of the Boost libraries are known to be available basically on Win 7 Mobile and which aren't? What sort of porting effort do I need to undertake, if any? I would highly appreciate it if anyone on the list can provide advice/pointers regarding my above questions. TIA, --Hossein

WinMobile 7 (Winphone 7) doesn't have NDK and doesn't allow to develop in c++, does it?!

What a shame. So, that's NDK = Native Development Kit?
Yes, and as far as I know it's not available for application developers.
Correct. WP7 only allows fully managed .NET languages. Nothing about native support (even through P/Invoke) has been announced. -- Cory Nelson http://int64.org

You are using confusing terminology. Windows Mobile (6.5 is the most current release) is an operating system for mobile devices that uses a C++/C development environment. I believe you can also use .NET, but historically most applications were written in C++. Windows Phone 7 is Microsoft's most current operating system for mobile smart phones. It is programmed only in .NET using Silverlight or XNA application models. There is no product called "Win 7 Mobile". Windows Phone 7 is only programmable using the .NET tool chain, it doesn't support C or C++ development. -- "The Direct3D Graphics Pipeline" -- DirectX 9 draft available for download http://legalizeadulthood.wordpress.com/the-direct3d-graphics-pipeline/ Legalize Adulthood! http://legalizeadulthood.wordpress.com
