CentOS 4.7 and boost 1.35+
Hi all, I have a newbie question here. I am running CentOS4.7 and have Boost 1.32 installed. I need to upgrade to at least 1.35 but it seems that yum only brings up version 1.32 or 1.33 versions. Does anybody have any recommendations on how to upgrade? If i simply download 1.40 from the website, are there any CentOS specific directions that anybody can give? Thanks for any help I can get. -Tim
I use boost 1.37 (serialization, smart pointers, lexical_cast, tokenizer) out of the box on CentOS 4.7 without any difficulty. Timothy Chan wrote:
