yeah i update to gcc 4.1.1 and reinstall boost from scratch.

That's not what I'm asking. Did you follow the instruction "follow these instructions, and then invoke bjam with the -a -ofilename options to dump the build commands it executes to a file, so you can see what your alternate build system needs to do" ?
