date_time generator question

Is there any reason why date_time::partial_date<date> also exists as gregorian::partial_date, but date_time::first_kday_after<date> does not exist as gregorian::first_kday_after? (A similar question could be asked for other classes in the date_generators.hpp file.) -- Claus Tondering Danish Technological Institute
