In Boost 1.34, the version just released with Debian Lenny, the release notes for Boost.Test say BOOST_AUTO_UNIT_TEST renamed to BOOST_AUTO_TEST_CASE. Old name still provided but deprecated
As far as I can tell, the old name is not provided.
I remember it was. Grep though Boost.Test sources.
