Also I tried to compile boost 1.38.0
Changing makefile to include --layout=system under FreeBSD worked perfectly.
On Fedora 8 this solution seems to not work.
I try to compile Boost under EC2 (Fedora 8)
the problem is: it seems to ignore --layout=system.
