I've been seeing subject lines in a mess for "Re:" posts as illustrated below: ==== snip ====

Has anyone checked out what was the cause of this problem yet?
It's the fault of a crappy mailer being used by the poster. I think we determined Outlook Express was to blame, but I wouldn't want to swear to it. You can look at the full headers of the posting to find out what mailer they're using. I agree, this is awful. -- Dave Abrahams Boost Consulting www.boost-consulting.com
