How is list19 being used? I am not familiar with boost mpl but it seems that something changed in the library that now will force you to specify something that, until some boost version, was assumed. So if you can explain me what is wrong (I mean I am astonished (?) to find a syntax error and I think I must not modify the file so the error may come from elsewhere …)
