I just read through the Boost License page at http://www.crystalclearsoftware.com/cgi-bin/boost_wiki/wiki.pl?Boost_License. It states that an OSI license approval process has been initiated in January 2005 - now I'm curious about the status quo, since I can't find any further information on this effort...

It would be much easier to release software under the Boost License if one could directly refer to OSI compliance since they seem to be well known and have a broad acceptance.

Does anyone have any information on this topic? Thanks a lot!
