Hi, This example <http://spirit.sourceforge.net/dl_more/fusion_v2/libs/fusion/doc/html/fusion/sequences/containers/vector.html> has the following include #include <boost/fusion/sequence/container/vector/vector_forward.hpp> which appears to now be vector/vector_fwd.hpp in CVS. Am I using outdated docs, outdated code, or is it not consistent? Thanks, Chris
