[Boost-users] How to build the giallo socket library?

Does anyone know the procedure for building the giallo socket library in the boost sandbox? I was able to checkit out of CVS but I was not able to figure out the build procedure. I asked on the giallo mailing list with no response. Perhaps the project has gone dormant?
