[Boost-users] [test] utf now supports log/report sinks

Hi, Based on users' requests I've added 2 new runtime parameters: '--log_sink=' or '-k ' or BOOST_TEST_LOG_SINK: Allows to set the log sink. Valid values are 'stdout' (default), 'stderr', and anything else which is treated as file name. '--report_sink=' or '-e ' or BOOST_TEST_REPORT_SINK: Allows to set the report sink. Valid values are 'stderr' (default), 'stdout', and anything else which is treated as file name. Gennadiy
