where do we ask questions related to the usage of the spirit-parser?

I seem to recall that there was another news group dedicated to 'spirit' questions - but i couldn't find any links from the spirit homepage (after a cursory look) Could anyone direct me towards the appropriate forum for user-level questions. thanks, -fas
