When you find some tricks, let us know! Seriously, you're in a better position to do this than people who don't need to search the mailing list for that kind of answer. When I search, it's usually because I remember a particular conversation and I want to point someone at it.
Hmmm, it would be nice to be able to google the mailing list archives via google-groups.
You can at least do that for the developer list. http://groups.google.com/group/boost-list?lnk=srg I don't know how Google decided to include the developer list; you might contact them if you want the user list included.
