[Boost-users] [Container] Regarding Trac #11957, static_vector::max_size() is higher than the capacity

      I tried a simple fix for https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/11957 here https://github.com/boostorg/container/pull/37/files . 

Can someone please review it.
