You are trying to combine the bind from Boost.Bind with lambda expressions from Boost.Lambda, which does not work.

Use boost::lambda::bind instead (include "boost/lambda/bind.hpp")

But it seems that lambda::bind doesn't work with shared_ptr's. boost::bind does and that's why sometimes I must mix both.
