<br>no mention of what headers are required... very frustrating, so either I have to look through all the other documentation and hope I find it, or look for the file on the harddisk, or trial-by-error...<br><br>this problem seems to be common in boost documentation, is there a good reason why, or is this something that can be improved?<br>
