No, sorry, we don't currently have an implementation of either algorithm in the BGL.
Correct me if I'm wrong: From how you talk -- which is difinitely nice :) -- I presume that you're an authority in BGL. Supposing so, would you (I mean Boost) be intrested to add that somewhere in the repository? Although my deadlines will pass by the time I implement them, I will definitely do that.
