I wrote one, once, and also a concatenation_iterator (delivers two other iterators in sequence), but they're old, somewhat broken, and use the old Boost.Iterator library, so they wouldn't even compile against recent versions of Boost. Do you want me to post them anyway? Sebastian Redl
