[Boost-users] Compile failure with fairly simple use of multi-index / hashing on Solaris with CC 5.8 (boost 1.34.0)

I've a relatively basic example of using the multi-index capability that fails to compile on Studio 11 (CC 5.8) on Sparc. I submitted it to the tracker before spotting the injunction to talk to the mailing list first. Can anyone offer any relief here?
