Bug in boost_1_27_0.tar.gz threads library

      Hi 

There seems to be a missing '}' in
libs/thread/src/once.cpp when compiling on gcc-3.04 on
Redhat Linux 6.2.   I added one and it seems to work. 
 Not sure if it is in the right place.
