I hadn't taken note before, but the error is showing up during the compile of MongoDB client code. Here's the full command line and the error, according to the

Sorry for the late response. Could you please send the error message for the lexical_cast issue?
About the revert: commit bdc3557 was reverted, because users were complaining, that with value_init move-only types could not be converted using lexical_cast. Here's ticket for that:
